(the “Company”) as at December 31st 2022, the financial and cash flow performance for the 12-month period then ended, as per the applicable accounting standards, and that the Management Report for the period from January 1st 2022 to December 31st 2022, submitted to the capital market operator - BVB - as well as to the Financial Supervisory Authority, provides a correct and complete disclosure of the Company’s information.
